RESTRICTIONS: RDM Solutions, LLC will work with any entity located in the United States. However, we do not work with companies headquartered outside the United States for legal liability reasons.

 

FULFILLMENT: Each advertising & marketing project is different, and the fulfillment policy for each is subject to change without notice.  During the consultation for each project, RDM Solutions, LLC will make clear the goals, parameters, settings, vision, and proposed execution for each specific project.  

 

Information for each project will be presented to the client/prospect involved in each project. 

 

Fulfillment policy is subject to change at any time, without formal notice.

 

FOLLOW UP: For the duration of the client relationship, client will have the ability to contact an agent at RDM Solutions, LLC to upgrade, downgrade, make changes to, or cancel their project. We want to continue to work for our clients for the long-run, not just on a temporary basis.

 

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of RDM Solutions, LLC’s business, each refund request will be reviewed individually to determine validity and refund amount.
